As a locally owned business growing across Metro Detroit, we’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes initiative and cares about their team and guests. You’ll help lead our Birmingham boutique’s daily operations, coach and support our front desk and massage therapist teams, and drive membership and sales growth alongside the General Manager and ownership.

What You’ll Do

Help oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, cleanliness, inventory, and brand standards.
Coach and support the team, help address attendance and performance concerns, and assist with hiring and training.
Assist with team scheduling and address day-to-day staffing needs.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, resolve concerns, and strengthen member relationships.
Help drive memberships, retention, rebooking, and sales through team coaching and performance tracking.
Support administrative tasks, local promotions, and community partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred, ideally in a guest-focused service business.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence coaching employees, addressing performance concerns, and driving sales.
A dependable, proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
Availability to work five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with consistent coverage during peak periods.
