As the leader of our Rancho Santa Margarita boutique, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the culture, develop a talented team, and drive the continued growth of a thriving location. Your Impact
As General Manager, you'll serve as the heartbeat of the boutique—setting the tone for the team, elevating the guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
Build and Inspire an Exceptional Team
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop outstanding Experience Guides and Massage Therapists
- Create a culture where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed
- Coach team members to achieve personal and professional growth
- Lead with positivity, accountability, and authenticity
Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and appreciated from the moment they walk through our doors
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests within the Rancho Santa Margarita community
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Uphold The NOW's elevated hospitality and service standards
Drive Growth and Boutique Success
- Lead membership growth, guest retention, and retail performance
- Analyze KPIs and develop strategies to exceed sales and operational goals
- Manage labor, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and overall boutique profitability
- Take ownership of the boutique's financial performance and long-term success
Be a Community Leader
- Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and wellness partners
- Represent The NOW at local events and networking opportunities
- Help expand The NOW Rancho Santa Margarita's presence and reputation within South Orange County
- Manage guest feedback and online reviews to maintain our exceptional reputation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in hospitality, wellness, fitness, spa, retail, or membership-based businesses
- Strong sales and business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people-development skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
