This position offers a competitive pay range of $45–$70 per hour, inclusive of service pay and tips, based on experience, performance, and scheduling availability during peak earning periods.

- Be available for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift per week

Role & Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist at The NOW, you will:
As a Massage Therapist at The NOW, you will:
- Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through therapeutic massage
- Deliver high-quality services using modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and Stretching Techniques
- Maintain service rooms according to brand standards (all supplies provided)
- Contribute to a positive, wellness-focused team environment
We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a passion for therapeutic massage.
Qualifications
- Active state license/certification (must be presented during the interview process and maintained throughout employment)
- Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus
- Availability during prime earning periods, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform massage services, including standing for extended periods, bending, stretching, and completing room reset protocols
