- Pay: $22–$33/hour (base + service pay, not including tips)
- Weekend incentive pay — earn more when you work both Saturday & Sunday
- Only one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday consistently)

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional, customized massage services
- Perform Swedish & Deep Tissue massage confidently
- Utilize sports & stretching techniques, prenatal a plus
- Deliver outstanding guest service with warmth & professionalism
- Maintain treatment room standards & follow service protocols
Who We’re Looking For
- Therapists with Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required at time of hire)
- New graduates welcome & encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Swedish & Deep Tissue massage (additional modalities a plus)
- Passion for health, wellness, & helping others feel their best
- Positive attitude, reliability, & a collaborative team mindset
- Availability during high-earning periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to meet physical requirements of providing massage services
Qualifications
- Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health & wellness.
- License/certification required in state of Florida. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process & maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage & other modalities.
- Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, & holidays.
- Must be able to stand & exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day & task to task.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, & stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks & all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, & hearing ability & visual acuity.
- Requires manual dexterity to use & operate all necessary equipment.
Compensation: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
