The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who values flexibility, strong earning potential, and a positive team environment.

At our Worthington location, we genuinely value and support our therapists. We consistently monitor schedules and invest in ongoing marketing to help keep your books full and your income steady. Our team environment is positive, welcoming, and collaborative—everyone works well together and supports one another. We also use Tippy for digital tipping, so you receive your tips the same day, typically within 30 minutes of your service.

Compensation

$60–$80+ per hour total compensation (including base pay, service rates, enhancements, and gratuity)
Therapists earn over $30 per service before tips, with average gratuity around $30 per session
Access to high-demand shifts to support consistent earnings
Same-day digital tipping through Tippy (typically within 30 minutes)

What You’ll Do

Provide customized massage services based on guest needs
Perform modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretch, and other techniques based on your training
Deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience
Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards (all supplies provided)
Contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Active Massage Therapy license in Ohio (required)
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; additional modalities are a plus
Ability to perform massage services for extended periods, including standing, bending, and repetitive movement
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt services to guest needs
Open to both experienced therapists and newer graduates with strong technique and professionalism

Schedule

Part-time, flexible scheduling
Evening and weekend availability preferred
Boutique hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10 AM–8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM

Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
