What You’ll Do
- Greet, check in, and provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests
- Educate guests on services, enhancements, memberships, and retail offerings
- Confidently recommend services and upgrades based on guest needs
- Drive sales through personalized, guest-focused recommendations
- Book, modify, and manage appointments accurately
- Handle payments and ensure a smooth checkout process
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and guest areas
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Assist in resolving guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications & Expectations
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and connect with guests
- Comfortable recommending services, memberships, and enhancements
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Schedule
- Flexible availability required
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Weekend availability is required for this position
Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
