Hi, I’m Lacy Baldwin, owner of The NOW Massage in Greenwood Village. I opened this boutique to create a space where kindness, connection, and a love for the craft of massage come first. We’ve built a team-driven, uplifting environment where negativity has no home—and we’re proud to welcome amazing guests who truly appreciate what we do (and tip well).

The NOW Massage is a design-forward, beach-inspired boutique redefining the accessibility of massage. We provide premium services in a relaxing, upscale setting. As the highest-rated boutique in the area, our goal is to create a tranquil space for both guests and team members.

With locations nationwide, The NOW is expanding steadily and focused on supporting massage therapists in doing what they love—without pressure or sales requirements.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $30 to $50+ per hour (not including gratuity or bonuses)
Schedule: Day shifts, night shifts, weekend availability
Location: On-site – Greenwood Village, CO
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
