    • Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM

Position Overview

The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Weekend Licensed Massage Therapist to support our high-demand Saturday and Sunday services.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

  • Prefer focused, weekend-only availability

  • Want steady bookings during peak demand days

  • Value a calm, supportive boutique environment

  • Are looking for strong earning potential without a full-time commitment
Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs

  • Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)

  • Create a welcoming and professional guest experience

  • Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards

  • (All supplies are provided)

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications

  • Active massage license or certification in the state of practice

  • (Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)

  • Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus

  • Strong reliability and consistency for weekend shifts

  • Availability during prime earning periods, including weekends and holidays

  • Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional service
Physical Requirements
This role requires:

  • Sustained mobility for several hours per shift

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

  • Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity

  • Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively
Compensation
